Dundalk terror suspect Mohamed Morei unable to attend court date as his nationality still remains undetermined 




A man accused of the brutal murder of a Japanese man in Dundalk in January has once again has had his court date postponed.

Mohamed Morei aged 18, was due to appear before Cloverhill District Court this week, will remain in custody until his next scheduled hearing on March 8th.

Morei, whose nationality has not yet been determined, was charged with the murder of 24 year old Japanese national Yosuke Sasaki who was brutally stabbed in the Avenue Road area of the town on January 3rd.

It is understood Morei will remain in custody and will continue to receive medical treatment at the taxpayer’s expense at the Central Mental Hospital.
