Easter holidays may be shortened this year to make up for lost days due to Storm Emma, but teachers are not happy about it




This year’s Easter holidays may be cut short, to make up for lost days due to extreme weather conditions in recent days.

But teachers, despite their already very generous holiday entitlement, have already voiced their opposition to the move, stating that it would be ‘unfair’ on them to make them work two or three extra days.

The issue will be decided in the coming days.
