Taoiseach Enda Kenny has stated tonight that some protesters are being ferried in to cause trouble. He called this people ‘thugs’ who are just looking for trouble and have no problem with water charges.
This comes hot on the heels of the government having talks about what cap they’ll try and push through on water charges. This latest stunt by the government is another distraction from the fact that 130,000 people came out on the streets last week and protested against these immoral charges.
