Today and tomorrow will see what looks like the best of this week’s weather with temperatures hitting 20c.
Sunshine will be prominent throughout the afternoon and evening with passing cloud cover a possibility.
Enjoy it if you can as there’s said to be a break in the weather coming on Thursday morning with temperatures dropping and rains moving from Western counties across the country.
Met Eireann have said:
“Tomorrow will be cloudy with some sunny spells, these lengthiest in Connacht and west Ulster. Most areas will stay dry but patches of mist, drizzle and fog will affect some southern and eastern coastal fringes.
“It’ll be fairly warm with temperatures of 16C to 20C.”
