New footage just released by ISIS features two militants threatening new attacks in New York, Washington, and Moscow.
The video emerges less than 24 hours after UK MPs voted in favor of airstrikes against ISIS targets in Syria.
One of the men in the video, speaking in English, says “revenge has started” and the “blood will flow”.
He then adds: “France was the beginning. Tomorrow will be Washington. It will be New York and it will be Moscow.”
The man also warns Russia “your time is coming” and “it will be the worst”.
“There will be no safety in this world from our guns and bullets and explosives. We will come to you.”
