Irishman Jim Verny was interviewed on last night’s Late Late Show where he depicted in great detail what happened when he was involved in the Thai cave rescue earlier this year.
Speaking of harrowing conditions, Jim told how he managed to go from electrician to hero when he helped dive 13 people, 12 children and their coach, to safety after they got trapped in a cave in Thailand.
Jim said that there is likely to be a film in the works and he would be happy to contribute on a consultancy level so that the whole world knows exactly what went on and how such a miraculous success actually occurred.
