Irish authorities are almost convinced that a serial cat killer is operating in Ireland, after a young family pet was found beheaded in Co. Armagh yesterday.
There have been over 250 reported cases of cats going missing or turning up dead in gruesome ways in recent months.
A map of these reportings reveals that most incidents have occurred in a broad line that straddles the M1 motorway between Belfast and Dublin.
