Fianna Fail’s Micheal Martin appeared to convey that Leo Varadkar acted in an immature fashion

On last night’s Late Late Show the Fianna Fail leader Micheal Martin appeared to say that he thought the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar acted in an immature fashion.

Asked by Tubridy what he thought of the Taoiseach, Martin looked somewhat uncomfortable at the prospect of having to answer the question to the nation.

He said that he can get on with him in a personal capacity but that a recent letter effectively depicting Fine Gael as just wanting another 2 years in office along with a press release that in Martin’s eyes somewhat contradicted what happened in the meeting, was immature.

One could only ascertain that Martin thinks Varadkar is immature given the fact that Martin brought up Varadkar’s obsession with how he’s portrayed in the media.

The 58-yr-old says that he’s still convinced he’ll be Taoiseach one day, but in this journalist’s opinion, that is highly unlikely.
