Fighting back: France is introducing tough new legislation to combat Muslim terror

The French government has passed anti-terror legislation that will enable police in the country to close down Mosques where hatred of non-Muslims and support for terrorism is being voiced.

The new legislation will also give sweeping powers to the state to investigate the funding of Mosques and allow police to detain suspects and curtail their movements if there is any concern about possible terrorist connections.

France has been under a state of emergency since November 2015 when Muslim terrorist slaughtered 130 people on the streets of Paris, mostly young people attending a concert at the Bataclan theatre.

The French people have had to endure a string of Islamist atrocities since then and several areas of the country are now in effect under Islamist domination where enforcement of French law can lead to massive outbreaks of violence, as was seen in the five days of riots in Toulouse.
