There are serious concerns this morning about flooding in some areas of Kerry and West Cork, as a band of heavy rain passes over these areas of the country.
An Orange warning is currently in place in Co. Kerry, where up 100mm of rainfall is expected in places. Elsewhere, up to 70mm may fall around Galway, Mayo, Clare and Cork.
Conditions are treacherous in certain roads today, so motorists are advised to be extra careful.
