For the last time? Johnny Logan hinted he MAY represent Ireland again in the Eurovision

The legendary Johnny Logan was interviewed on last night’s Late Late Show on RTE.

The popular singer sang numerous new and old songs, including classic hits “Hold me now”, “What’s another year” and “Why me?”, and the audience were absolutely loving it.

A discussion about the in’s and out’s of what it would take for Ireland to win the Eurovision again got underway and eventually it came around to host Ryan Tubridy asking Mr Eurovsion himself would he represent Ireland again and go for an unprecedented 4th win.

To everybody’s astonishment, Johnny didn’t say no. He said he’d initially possibly look at doing something in the background, as in writing, and when pushed by Tubridy about actually singing himself, the legend said “let’s start here and see how we get on and where we go from there”.

If Johnny did represent Ireland, given his enormous fame, success and popularity in Europe, he just might do it again!

Here’s hoping the legend decides to throw on the Irish kit one last time!
