Former Aston Villa and Bolton Wanderers defender Jloyd Samuel has sadly passed away aged 37.
The former footballer who made over 200 appearences for Villa from 1999 to 2007, was sadly killed in a car crash on Tuesday morning.
The news of the former footballers death was confirmed by Cheshire Police who said they were called to a serious collision involving a van and a Range Rover in High Legh, Cheshire at approximately 7.55am on Tuesday morning.
It is believed Samuel died at the scene following the horrific collision, which reportedly occurred on the school run.
