Gardai have arrested four men in relation the vicious attack on a football referee earlier this month in Horseleap, Co Offaly.
Two men aged in their 20s, one teenager and one man in his 40s, were all arrested on Wednesday morning,
The four men are currently being held at Mullingar, Tullamore and Birr garda stations.
Referee Daniel Sweeney was left with serious facial injuries, including a broken jaw, following an attack after the match on 11 November.
The FAI banned all the men for a minimum of 40 years from any GAA match.
