Fresh images of missing man Trevor Deely’s case have been released to the public with ‘foul play’ now a suspected factor




Gardai announced yesterday that they’ve made a significant breakthrough in the Trevor Deely missing persons case.

Trevor, who went missing on December 8th 2000 after his Christmas party, has not been seen in over 16 years but after the gardai reopened the the cold case in December 2016, the found that with the help of enhanced CCTV footage which was developed in the UK, a new unidentified man talking to Trevor before he disappeared.

One line of inquiry is possible foul play with Trevor being pushed into the nearby river or pulled into a car.

Gardai say the below image is what Trevor would look like today.

The unidentified man waited to meet Trevor outside his workplace and spoke to him.

Trevor went missing at 4:14am when he was last seen on Haddington Road.

Gardai are now seeking to talk to the man who was last seen talking to Trevor at approximately 4am. They say this is a significant breakthrough and that it is a major stepping stone in finding out what happened to Trevor.
