Alfonso Riberio has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the creators of the popular video game Fortnite, after they allegedly stole two of his infamous dance moves.
Riberio who is best known for playing Carlton Banks in the popular 90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, apparently filed the suit after the game used two versions of his dances moves without permission.
According to entertainment website TMZ, Riberio who created the dance moves in the series which gave Will Smith his big break, is suing both Epic Games and 2K games for the unauthorised use of his dance moves.
It is understood that Riberio who is in the process of copyrighting the Carlton Dance is suing 2K Games in a similar lawsuit.
