There could be good news ahead for Netflix customers as the online streaming service have revealed they are considering an offline option.
According to The Next Web, the new service which would be beneficial to those on the go and could be introduced before Christmas.
To add to the rumours Light Reading, Dan Taitz, COO of mobile video firm Penthera, said that Netflix’s move to offline viewing is pretty an “open secret in the video streaming community”.
Mr Taitz explained: “We know from our sources within the industry that Netflix is going to launch this product.”
“My expectation is that by the end of the year Netflix will be launching download-to-go as an option for their customers.”
