Gardaí in Galway have issued an appeal to the public for information after a young man was discovered unconscious on a street over the weekend.
It is understood the msn aged in his 20s, suffered a number of serious injuries in what Gardai suspect to be an attack which occurred at approximately 3am on St Bridget’s Place, Prospect Place, Galway.
Gardai say the young man is currently in serious condition in hospital and they are urging anyone witnesses to come forward and contact them at Galway Garda station on 091-538000, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.”
