A man in his 30s has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a number of body parts across the Wicklow mountains over the weekend.
Picnic goers found a human torso on Saturday afternoon, and further body parts were found scattered across four separate locations around the mountains.
Forensic tests confirmed earlier today that the remains are those of a female aged in her 20s.
A man is now in custody in connection with the incident.
