Gardai are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal stabbing of a 23-year-old man in Co. Clare overnight.
The incident happened outside Shannon Knights Night Club in Tullyvarraga, near Shannon in Co. Clare. A number of people were involved in an altercation at the club. Two young men were taken to hospital with stab wounds, and one of the men was pronounced dead a short time later
A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
