Gardai have launched an investigation after a 58-year-old man was shot dead at a farm in Co. Cork yesterday evening.
The incident happened in the Raleigh North area of Macroom, Co. Cork, late last night. It is understood that the shooting was the result of an ongoing dispute.
The injured man was treated at the scene but was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
