Gardaí in Limerick have launched an investigation this morning following the discovery of a body in the city on Sunday evening.
It is understood the man believed to be in his 40s was found at a house on Little O’Curry Street shortly before 6pm on Sunday.
Gardai say the house currently remains cordoned off and a technical examination is due to take place.
They also say a post-mortem examination will take place later today.
