Gardaí in Dublin have officially ruled out foul play in regards to the death of a man who discovered in a lane way in Dalkey on Friday.
In an announcement on Friday evening a Garda spokesman said officers are not treating the death as suspicious.
The announcement came after the man’s body was discovered on the Convent Road at approximately 8.30am on Friday morning.
Gardai say the man’s death is being treated as a sudden death following the results of a post-mortem examination.
