Gardaí in Co Offaly have released the name of the young boy who was sadly killed in a light aircraft crash on Sunday.
In announcement a Garda spokesman confirmed that 7 year old, Casper Kacprzak, the son of a Polish national living in west Dublin, was tragically killed in the crash.
It is believed that kasper’s father was one of 16 parachutists who boarded and jumped from the plane before the tragic incident.
Meanwhile relatives of a 47-year-old English man who was a pilot on the plane, are due to arrive in Ireland later today.
Gardaí say the man’s name will not be released until his family arrive.
