Gardai have inflicted a major blow on Ireland’s drug trade after seizing €4m worth of cocaine and cannabis in the capital.
Around €2.8m worth of cocaine was seized when gardai stopped two vehicles at a car park in Liffey Valley yesterday evening. Three men and a woman were arrested at the scene.
Elsewhere in the capital, officers seized about €1m worth of cannabis after stopping a van on the N7, and also during a search at an address in Finglas.
