Gardaí in Co Donegal have confirmed this evening that €2m worth of anabolic steroids has been seized following a joint operation between the Gardaí, Revenue and the Health Products Regulatory Authority.
It is understood that over 60,000 vials were discovered in a number of premises across the county.
Gardaí say a number of other illegal drugs, including human growth hormone and erectile dysfunction products were also discovered during the search.
It is believed one person has been arrested and is currently being questioned by Gardaí.
