The was some good news for Electric Ireland customers as the company confirmed that there will be a price freeze this winter.
In an announcement made on Thursday, the company which is the country’s largest electricity supplier confirmed that electric and gas prices will not change over the coming months ahead.
Electric Ireland say the price freeze comes as other energy suppliers recently confirmed price hikes for their customers.
The company say they have decided not to introduce any price increase as they are aware of the current economic constraints on their valued customers.
