Great news as missing ‘Matilda doll’ lost at Dublin Zoo has been returned to a delighted mum

There was some great news announced earlier today as a recently distraught mum has confirmed that treasured doll that belonged to her late daughter has been returned to her.

The welcome news comes after bereaved mum, Claire Gray, recently shared her story of how she lost her late daughters doll in Dublin Zoo recently.

Claire’s heartbreaking story became a national news after she issued a plea on social media in the hope that someone may have come across the treasured and irreplaceable doll. Thankfully the doll has been found and has been returned to a delighted Claire.

The public were brought to tears last week when they heard Claire’s tragic story of how the doll belonged to her little Baby girl, Matilda was born in July 2013 and diagnosed with Edward’s syndrome shortly after.

The doll held significance to Claire after it was given to her brave little girl shortly before she passed away, at the age of three months.
