It’s a happy mothers day from the sun as well as the son it would appear!
Met Eireann have said temperatures will reach 17c today in Western counties and up to 13c elsewhere.
The main thing is the glorious sunshine, the entire country will see sun blissed skies with temperatures dropping between 2 and 7c tonight.
Tomorrow will be slightly cooler but much the same until Tuesday where cloud will take over but the sun is to return later in the week.
