Ireland will continue to enjoy warm weather and clear skies this weekend with temperatures expected to stay in the high teens as we go into the weekend but unfortunately the fun will end there.
Ireland is currently enjoying a sort of mini-heat wave with warm winds from Africa continue to raise temperatures across Europe.
The UK recorded the highest April temperature in 70 years in London at noon on Thursday after temperatures reached almost 28 degrees Celsius.
Temperatures in Ireland will begin to drop however, this Sunday and a much cooler and cloudier week is in store next week.
