The Health and Safety Authority are currently investigating the death of a woman in the workplace in North Co Dublin. It is believed that the woman was killed in a tragic workplace accident.
According to sources the 27-year-old woman was driving a forklift on a building site in the Ward Industrial park on Friday morning.
The HSA say they sent two inspectors to the site to investigate the tragic accident. It is also believed that the Gardaí have launched an investigation into the incident.
