The Health and Safety Authority have conformed they are conducting an investigation after a man in his 50s tragically died over last weekend in a farming incident in Co Cork.
The man is believed to have died after he suffered a number of extensive injuries after he fell through a roof.
The latest death is the twentieth such incident to occur on Irish farms in 2016.
