A seven-year-old has praise for amazing generosity after she decided to ask everyone to donate to charity instead of buying presents for her birthday.
The young girl named Leah showed true selflessness managed to raise €135 in birthday donations for the charity LauraLynn. The thoughtful gesture will now see the LauraLynn children’s hospice recieve the funds.
The charity provides respite, home support, crisis and end of life care for sick children.
The girl with the heart of gold Leah also tweeted the charity to let them know she had made a donation with a handwritten letter that said she had asked people to donate to the charity instead of buying her presents or giving her money on her birthday.
