Russian paramedic Tatiana Kulikova, has been sacked by health bosses after a series of shocking photographs appeared on social media.
The heartless 25 year old was on duty in an ambulance when she posted a photo of herself in the ambulance with a patient captioned ‘another moron’.
A second selfie shows her sticking two fingers up to a person that has just had a heart attack, captioning the shot, “How I hate my job”
Locals in her city of Kirov, central Russia were outraged by these grim photographs and local health campaigner Artem Golubev, 40, said: “It is clear that while she was taking these photographs she was not looking after her patients”
“She shows a callous disregard for the welfare of her patients, some of whom died after those pictures were taken”
“I would not be surprised if their families sue both her and the emergency services.”
A spokesperson for the city’s emergency services said: “As soon as we were alerted to these images online we suspended the paramedic in question. After an investigation was carried out, the employee was fired.”
