The number of homeless people in Ireland has risen again in July, leading to the highest ever number of homeless children in the country.
As of July 2018, there are 9,891 people listed as homeless across Ireland, including 3,867 dependents.
According to the Housing Minister, Eoghan Murphy, the situation is ‘unacceptable.’
