In a truly horrifying story a 20 year old woman has been brutally murdered after an intruder brutally cut her throat whilst she was sitting in her car at a busy shopping centre car park.
The devastating incident which occured at Dockside Centre in Chatham, Kent, this morning has left many local residents in complete shock given what has unfolded in their town this morning.
According to reports in the UK the young woman died whilst she frantically tried to escape her attacker in the busy car park.
Although no one came to the aid of the woman who was killed in what is reportedly a family dispute, a number of witnesses have said they did hear a car horn being sounded repeatedly but many did not heed the sound thinking it was someone carrying out a prank.
The incident which happened before noon on Thursday seen a number of police attend the scene only to discover the woman slouched over and covered in blood with one leg hanging out of the car .
They reportedly arrested a man at the scene who was also reportedly covered in blood according to a number of eyewitnesses.
Police say an investigation is currently ongoing.
