Police in the UK have launched an investigation after a woman was gang-raped whilst she out on an early morning walk.
According to reports in the UK, the 20-year-old woman required hospital treatment after she was attacked in Elland, West Yorkshire, on October 19, between the hours of 6.30am and 7.49am.
Police investigating the incident say the young woman was raped by three men as she walked at Cromwell Bottom Nature Reserve.
It is believed the man repeatedly approached the woman who was walking on a pathway before they assaulted and raped her.
Police say the woman who is still receiving treatment initially reported the incident as an assault, but recently found the courage to reveal the full extent of the attack.
