HSE confirm an outbreak team has been sent to Limerick City after four cases of the measles have been reported in the past month 




The HSE have issued a public warning in Limerick City after another measles case was reported on Wednesday.

According to The Limerick Post newspaper, the latest case report comes after three previous cases were reported in the month of January.

In a statement on Wednesday, the HSE say an outbreak control team has been sent to the region to review the current cases and the team will also manage the outbreak in order to prevent the spread of the contagious illness.
