Hurricane Ophelia may have thankfully passed through most counties but emergency services are advising people to be extra vigilant if they have to go out.
Winds of 150km have seen many trees felled across the country while live wires are spread across the countryside.
Hurricane Ophelia is still in the North West of the country and heading east. By midnight, it should have gone towards Scotland with the damage left in its wake.
