‘I will never stop missing you’: George Michael’s heartbroken partner speaks out after finding him dead on Christmas Day

George Michael’s heartbroken hairdresser lover has revealed how he discovered the singer lying dead on Christmas Day and that he will ‘never stop missing’ him. 

Fadi Fawaz shared his heartbreaking tweet this evening and told followers that he found Michael in bed at his £4million home in Oxfordshire, on Christmas Day afternoon. 

Michael Lipman, former manager for the singer, stated that Michael died from heart failure. 

The icon had previously battled substance abuse and it is revealed that he had been hospitilised within the past year.  

The London-based hair stylist spoke of how he found Michael just before their Christmas lunch together. 

Michael had been “looking forward to Christmas”, he said.
This evening, he tweeted: ‘Its an xmas I will never forget, finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning…I will never stop missing you xx’

The pair were together since 2012, after the musician broke up with long-term partner Kenny Goss. 

Mr Goss also paid tribute to his ex-partner and saying he was ‘heartbroken’ over the death of his ‘dear friend and long-time love’.
