There was some sad news announced today as it was confirmed that the former Batman star Adam West, has died aged 88.
West who was known for his iconic role in the 1960s TV series, died peacefully in Los Angeles after a brief battle with leukaemia, a family spokesperson said.
The iconic actor who played Bruce Wayne’s alter ego also had a number of roles over the years, with his most recent role as the voice his namesake Mayor Adam West in the animated comedy Family Guy.
