She may not have won the French Presidency yesterday but Marine Le Pen said she’s more determined than ever to “reclaim French sovereignty, identity and security”.
39-yr-old Emmanuel Macron won 66% of the vote while Le Pen finished on 34%. It was a sizable victory but Le Pen and her supporters are taking great acclaim in the fact that she doubled her father’s efforts in 1992.
The fearless ant-EU candidate has vowed after election loss that she’ll be “at the front of the fight that destroys the European Union”. Some are predicting that Le Pen may well get elected into Office in another 4 years time.
