A massive fire in Dublin city has been brought under control by Dublin fire brigade after the blaze cloaked much of the city in a shroud of black smoke.
The fire, which broke out on Dublin’s south side in an industrial area, quickly escalate to large blaze, engulfing a derelict building.
Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene utilizing three fire engines and a turntable ladder to combat the conflagration.
The fire on Jamestown road has since been brought under control at around two O’clock this afternoon. However members of the DFB will remain at the scene for some time as a precaution.
