An investigation is continuing this morning after the Irish leaving Cert paper was published on social media on Tuesday morning whilst students were undertaking their exam.
The review of the leak which is being conducted by the State Examinations Commission comes after the Irish Paper 2 was photographed and then uploaded to a private Facebook group.
It is understood the photos were published one hour after the exam began on a Facebook group page called ‘Múinteoirí Gaeilge ag roinnt cabhrach, acmhainní agus smaoíntí’.
Although the post was immediately removed and investigation is said to be continuing as it clearly violates the Examinations boards ethics.
