Gardai in Dublin have launched an investigation after a cash-in-transit robbery occurred in north Dublin, earlier this afternoon.
It is believed the incident happened at around noon at Bayside Shopping Centre, when Security staff were threatened by two men.
Rpeorts say one the two men was wearing a balaclava, whilst the other had his face covered with a scarf and was carrying a gun.
Although thankfully nobody was seriously injured in the robbery both assailants made off with a cash box and flee the scene in an Opel Vectra which was later found abandoned.
