A female Irish backpacker is today in custody in Perth after she allegedly had a baby and hid it after it had died.
The woman presumably panicked after she had her baby in the Kimberly mountain region of Western Australia.
It was only when she felt ill, some three days later, that her friends brought her to hospital and authorities were alerted to what happened. She’ll face a magistrate in Perth in October.
