ISIS Kill at least 41 people leaving dozens injured in bomb attack in Afghanistan

A bomb attack in Kabul, Afghanistan has killed at least 41 people wounded dozens more.
The Islamic State claimed responsibility for attack on a Shiite Muslim Cultural centre in the Afghan Capital.

The war-torn central Asian nation now has to contend with not only a resurgent Taliban, which controls more of the country than at any other time since its overthrow in 2001, but also with ever more deadly affiliate of I.S.

To complicate the affair the US led coalition backed Afghan National Army is still blighted with a shortage of manpower, equipment and also corruption and drug addiction.

While the Coalition and Afghan government continue to fight the Taliban and I.S these two groups are also fighting each other, while Afghanistan remains one of the main suppliers of Heroin for Europe and North America.

A complex and convoluted conflict with no end in sight.
