Conor McGregor posted recently on his instagram account that he’s spinning around Dublin in what can only be described as an awesome Lamborghini and that he’s looking at getting involved in importing such supercars into Ireland.
Hundreds of thousands of his fans have liked photos of his cars over the years, but it appears not everyone is happy to see the Dubliner succeed.
Eagle eye Dubliner Ronan Connolly posted an innocent image to his Twitter account showing Conor’s car being towed in Dublin yesterday. Ronan didn’t say anything untoward at all, he merely posted the pic and stated that you don’t see a Lambo on the back of a tow truck every day, which you don’t.
However some Irish media publications wasted no time in slagging off McGregor for getting towed in such a car – as if they have one themselves or as if they couldn’t get towed themselves at some point.
There’s far too much begrudgery and jealousy in society – people need to congratulate others when they do well instead of consistently trying to drag them down to their level or berate them for doing well.
Well done Conor on having such a car, throw the two truck driver a tip of €100!
