The 21-year-old man arrested in connection with Karen Buckley’s disappearance has been formally charged with her murder.
He appeared briefly in court today, where the charge was presented to him. He was also charged with ‘attempting to defeat the ends of justice’ during his court appearance in Glasgow. The man has entered no plea or declaration yet.
