Dublin Fire Brigade have issued an alert reminding people not to leave any unsecure items such as bins out over night.
The warning comes after the city’s fire service have been responding to a number of call outs this evening.
Although thankfully there have been no major casualties, Dublin Fire Brigade have been called out to deal with large scale bonfires.
Dublin Fire Brigade say they we were called out to deal with a large fire in Killbarack early this evening.
In a tweet in their Twitter page crews attending the scene say a lot of radiated heat can arise from large fires and have urged the public to keep any bonfires small and under control.
