With Christmas fast approaching many of you may have now put up your tree, and that got us thinking as to which is the better lighting option for your tree Fairy lights or LED’s?.
Many of you out there may have noticed that the vast majority of retailers out there have turn their attention to selling LED lights instead of the traditional Fairy lights which has decorated many of trees inside and out throughout the years. The recent trend has shown that LED lights may be a lot more efficient and do not over heat as much compared to their counterpart, although many consumers have complained that the relatively new brand of Christmas lights have a number of visual faults such as excessive brightness and a less appealing display.
Meanwhile many consumers still prefer to stick with the more traditional fairy lights to brighten up their tree with a more vintage display, however the classic lights as you will, also have their own draw backs with the most concerning being over heating along with the ever annoying broken fuse bulb scenario that plagues many a household every year.
Then there is the value for money issue with many claiming the more expensive LED lights will indeed in fact serve you a lot longer with little to no trouble at all, although many still believe the traditional fairy lights will serve their purpose at a cheaper price and will give you a more elegant display. Which leaves us with two questions, which is more appealing? And which brand do you prefer?
